Rick Ross Loses Reebok Deal Due To Rape Lyric Controversy
Things continue to spiral downward for Rick Ross. With mounting public pressure surrounding Rozay's controversial lyric on Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O.," Reebok has severed ties with the former brand representative.

"Reebok holds our partners to a high standard, and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so," Reebok told MTV News in a written statement issued Thursday (April 11).

Over the course of the past month, the Maybach Music MC has been criticized for conjuring images of rape on the Rocko track, which first dropped in February. "Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it," he rhymed.

Former No Limit Rapper Mr. Magic Passes Away in Car Crash
No Limit rapper Mr. Magic (real name Awood Johnson) was reportedly killed in a car accident in Hattiesburg, Miss. on Friday, March 1. He was 37 years old.

According to the Times-Picayune, the New Orleans rapper and his wife, Chastity, were both killed in the crash. Their daughter, 12-year-old Twila Wise Johnson, survived the crash.

His sister, Timisha Brooks, confirmed the news to the paper.

She said, "He was a passionate guy. He loved his siblings; he loved his wife. There's a comfort in knowing that neither of them has to live without the other. That makes it more bearable."

Mr. Magic released three albums for No Limit Records, and his 1998 record Sky's the Limit reached number 15 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart. He then left the label and formed the Body Head Bangerz featuring Roy Jones Jr. In 2004, they released the single "I Smoke, I Drank."

Jones Jr. tweeted of the tragic news, "Just still feels unreal.......... But only God knows his plans. And he could have not taken my brother in any better company. God Bless both."

Mia X
was scheduled to perform with him on Friday, and took out her sympathies on Twitter after hearing about the crash.

"I looked forward tp performing and laughing with you on friday but God chose you to be with him," Mia X tweeted via AllHipHop.com. "Chasity was the LOVE of your life so God decided that she should join you. I know yall are in a better place but all of us who loved yall are shocked and hurt."

Before his untimely death, Magic was busy releasing singles on his own Banx Entertainment label, which he formed in 2011.

Streetball Legend Tyrone "Alimoe" Evans Has Passed Away
Tyrone "Alimoe" Evans was a unique talent. Hailing from Harlem, the guy referred to "The Black Widow" possessed one of the craziest handles you'll ever see on a baller, let alone someone who stood at a striking 6'7''. Sadly, news has surfaced that Evans suffered a seizure, according to his friend Aaron “AO” Owens, and died.

While people mourn and remember Alimoe's legacy, as you can see in the tweets below, we'll leave you with this answer he once gave HoopsVibe back in 2011.

What do you want to be remembered for? As somebody that made somebody else get up & do better. They don't have to let me know that I lit their fire; just go out and do it. They don't have to thank me and bring me out to the game; just go do it. Just knowing that that little kid watching me took something home with them. See, basketball is a teacher of life. The lessons you learn in basketball - don't be selfish, work hard, and treat everybody good - they're the same lessons in life."

Enjoy a collection of some of his best moments in the video below.
