Beyonce Reveals Pregnancy on MTV Stage
Singer Beyonce was among the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards performers on Sunday night, which also included Chris Brown of Virginia. It was confirmed that Beyonce is pregnant as she capped her 2011 VMA performance off.
As the singer finisher her on stage song, Beyonce stopped, unbuttoned her jacket and then rubbed her tummy with a big grin on her face. In the audience, Jay-Z was seen receiving congratulations from his friend Kanye West. Jay-Z and Beyonce will now welcome their first child into the world. The R&B singer reported the news earlier in the night on MTV's red carpet event, and her representative later confirmed Beyonce is pregnant.
Earlier in the evening, collaborative rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West performed their hit song "Otis" on stage which had their group name, The Throne, trending heavily on Twitter. Later on, Chris Brown of Virginia rocked the stage with acrobatic moves which including levitating above the crowd and doing various flips in the air. Jay-Z and Kanye West were both shown on camera out of their seats in awe as they observed Brown's performance.
